REFUND POLICY

1-About this Policy

The terms and conditions set out in this” returns policy” apply to all goods purchased from Peak Surfacing Ltd. This policy forms part of a legally binding contract between us and you which you accept whenever you purchase goods from Peak Surfacing Ltd.

2-Return of Goods

a-when a claim of unsatisfactory quality is made the goods shall be returned to us. If the goods are found to be of unsatisfactory quality we will offer you the option of replacement goods or a full refund.

b-following receipt of goods, you can cancel your contract by notifying us by email, within seven days of the date of delivery. If you do not notify us within seven days we shall assume that you have accepted the goods.

c-Nothing within the returns policy affects your rights under law; you will always be entitled to return goods to us for a full refund if they were misdescribed or not of a satisfactory nature.

d-To comply with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013  which came into force on 13 June 2014.
Peak Surfacing Ltd offer a 14 day cooling off period from receipt of goods for the consumer to cancel the contract. It is the consumers responsibilty to return the goods to Peak Surfacing Ltd in good condition before receiving a full refund of the contract price.

3-How to cancel

4-Return of goods

You must arrange and pay for any goods returned to us by a secure method as agreeded by us.

5-Refunding your Monies

The refund will exclude the cost of the delivery fee,and any damage of the goods.
